Documents that will be needed:

      

        1.  Executive Summary

        2.  Use of Funds Letter stating what the five (5) year loan will be used for

             with10 year projections at seven (7) percent.

        3.  Client will need a letter from their attorney stating they have their twenty  

            (20) percent down payment in cash in their business bank account.
